Hey y’all! Last week I was at a (really radical and incredible) conference that helps queer and trans youth leaders. I just got back yesterday. So, despite this being my third week of newsletters, I am practicing self compassion, self care and honoring my body, mind and spirit by not sharing a full newsletter today.
